THE ATHLETES SHAKER
Core 150™ has a number of innovative, unique and patent protected advantages which make it stand head and shoulders above other shaker cups on the market. Scroll down to be blown away by this smart revolution in shaker cups!
Three removable compartments for pre/during/post workout intake
Accepting just any supplements is now a thing of the past as Core 150™ allows for you to take your choice of nutrition with you at all times. Three separate compartments allow for you to insert your pre, intra and post workout supplements
Core 150™ can carry 150 grams of powder
Unlike any other Shaker Bottle on the market you can now store 150 grams of powder in your shaker cup, 200 if you include the shake you might have just mixed on the way out the door but who's bragging?
No need to transport powders separately
If, like many of us, you transported your powders around in separate containers in a desperate bid to ensure your nutrition was at hand when you needed it but later discovered you had no scoop to measure out your intake! With core 150 our individual compartments have been strategically designed to deliver 50 grams of powder alleviating any measuring issue that you once might have had.
Not just for powder supplements
Core 150™ can be used to transport more than just supplements. Keep fruits, snacks, vitamins or other dietary edibles on hand for throughout the day.
Volume of liquid
Core 150™ Shaker holds 1 litre of water when centre compartments are removed allowing for a smoother shake when powder is inserted. For maximum on the move convenience Core 150™ ensures three precise 50 gram measurements of your nutrition are at hand exactly when you need them.
The entire centre compartment area of the Core 150™ is fully removable to increase the capacity of your bottle. This helps with mass gain powders which require more fluid than your average shaker cup can hold. The Core 150™ system also ensures maximum hydration during the day and throughout your workout.

SUGAR –FREE DRINK MIX
VitargoS2 is the super-soluble form of Vitargo, a patented, molecular carbohydrate with ZERO SUGAR. Only Vitargo’s low osmolality, molecular carbohydrate form is university-research proven to move through the stomach more than twice as fast as the carbohydrates (e.g. maltodextrin and sugars) found in other sport drinks and powders. That means faster carbohydrate digestion and absorption into the body. It also means no bloating or that “heavy stomach” feeling common to ordinary carbohydrate-based products. Furthermore, VitargoS2 IVg technology is the only product of its kind that is university-research proven to deliver carbohydrate to muscle and the rest of the body 2X faster after exhaustive exercise and to accelerate glycogen refuelling and recovery.
Because university studies have shown that Vitrago – when consumed at rest – was able to transit out of the stomach twice as fast as ordinary carbohydrates, many of our elite and pro athlete users take VitargoS2 before or during training/competition or at half-time, between periods, on the bench and while transitioning between sports (e.g triathletes).
*Numbers may vary between flavours
You can use VitargoS2 any time of the day as a sugar-free component of your favourite shakes and smoothie recipes. VitargoS2is a favourite during carbo-loading!
VitargoS2 is a different molecular carbohydrate – follow the directions closely.
In a shaker bottle:
Fill a shaker bottle with 6 ounces (200 millilitres) of room temperature/tepid water. Add 2 level scoops of VitargoS2 and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds.
Add an additional 16 to 20 ounces (500-600 millilitres) of cold water and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds.
In a blender:
VitargoS2 can be combined with your favourite post-training blender concoction – protein powder, branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), cinnamon powder, etc. and your favourite liquid.
For best results add 2 level scoops to a blender drink while it’s on and blending.
When to use:
VitargoS2 can be used before or during training or competition, or between bouts such as the transition zone during a triathlon; half-time during a match or game; between heats for the fastest muscle refuelling and recovery to perform at a higher level again, sooner.
Before, between, or during exercise/competition:
Mix 1-2 levels of Vitargo S2 as described above. Note that Vitargo S2’s unique molecular viscosity makes it thicker than other carbohydrate drinks-experiment and see if you prefer 1 or 2 scoops. Drink to rapid fuelling!
Take 2 level scoops as soon as possible after finishing. For optimal recovery, take another 1-2 scoops 30-90 minutes after your first serving. For maximum glycogen loading, take 3 servings/day.
New Extra Strength Antioxidant Formula
Fusion Health Revital 8 Resveratrol & Green Tea combines scientifically researched, high strength polyphenol antioxidants. Promotes healthy ageing by helping to reduce the risk of oxidative cell damage that occurs during normal metabolism and from exposure to sun, pollution, alcohol and stress.
Revital 8 is a powerful combination of specific Chinese and Western herbs that are rich sources of polyphenol antioxidants. The key to the formula is the variety of scientifically evidenced polyphenols which provide greater overall benefits than taking any single polyphenol or antioxidant herb.
Revital 8 helps reduce the oxidation of LDL (bad) cholesterol and maintains healthy levels of HDL (good) cholesterol to support cardiovascular health. It also detoxifies, and provides immune and cell regulating effects to maintain normal health of the gastrointestinal tract, liver, prostate, skin, eyes, blood vessels and joints.
Research shows that polyphenol antioxidants found in Revital 8 can inhibit inflammation and oxidative cell damage, two of the most fundamental and powerful ways to help improve general health and limit many common complaints associated with ageing.

Description & Directions
A daily nourisher that builds to a honey glow after a few applications
Acts as a natural internal deodoriser
Alkalise, detoxify and cleanse with Nature’s Sunshine preservative free Liquid Chlorophyll. Chlorophyll acts as a natural internal deodoriser. It is beneficial for those on a detox program or may be used every day as a health promoting addition to your water or juice for its naturally alkalising properties.
Chlorophyll is the compound that makes plants green and enables them to perform photosynthesis – the process by which sunlight is converted into energy in the form of starches, fats and proteins. As the most abundant pigment in nature, chlorophyll is naturally present in a nutritious diet, but is particularly prevalent in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and parsley. The old saying, "if you're green inside, you're clean inside" has been applied to NSP's Liquid Chlorophyll for over 30 years.
Scientists believe that chlorophyll's antioxidant properties and supportive actions on the body's detoxification processes may help explain why eating a diet rich in leafy green vegetables helps protect us against so many health problems. Adding just 15mL of Nature's Sunshine Liquid Chlorophyll to your water or juice each day provides 60mg of chlorophylls - approximately the same amount you'd get from eating 2.5 cups of spinach.
INDICATIONS FOR USE
Works to detoxify and cleanse the body naturally
For the management of body odours and bad breath
An alkalising supplement that may assist in balancing body acid-alkali level
For those whose diets don't contain enough leafy green vegetable
Purified water, vegetable glycerine (derived from coconut oil), alfalfa juice (from concentrate), chlorophyll copper complex, spearmint oil.
Nature's Sunshine Liquid Chlorophyll is preservative free. It is also free from parabens, gluten, dairy products, lactose, soy, egg, yeast, sugars, added salt, preservatives, artificial colours flavours.
Take one to three teaspoons (5-15mL) daily, can be taken straight or diluted straight or diluted in water or juice. May also be mixed with water in your drink bottle and sipped throughout the day.
Shake the bottle well before use. Refrigerate after opening. It is recommended that once opened Nature's Sunshine Liquid Chlorophyll be stored in the fridge and consumed within 90 days.
It's your nutritional insurance.
When it comes to nutrition, it all starts here with Animal Pak. It's your nutritional foundation. It's your nutritional insurance. Start with the Pak as your basic starter supplement and add the other Animal products around it.
Since August 8, 1983, Animal Pak has been helping competitive bodybuilders get the most out of their freakish training routines by providing all the nutrition they need, plus some they didn't know they needed. For 25 straight years, people like you have made Animal Pak the #1 selling training "pack" in the world. In fact, more competitive bodybuilders have cut their teeth on the Animal Pak than any other bodybuilding supplement in history. Why? Simple. Animal Pak gets the job done. It works. First time. Every time. Animal Pak has stood the test of time.
See, nature, in all her ingenuity, has designed the human body as the ultimate training machine. Since the dawn of mankind, our bodies have changed very little. And when it comes to growing our muscles in a freakish way, we still need the right combination and mega-doses of essential amino acids, carbs, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Only Animal Pak has everything you need.
OK, so you think your regular multi is going to cut it? Get real, Jack. You want massive size and mega-strength and only Animal Pak can deliver. Each Animal Pak starts with mega-doses of necessary vitamins and minerals. Yeah, vitamins and minerals. Vitamins (organic) and minerals (inorganic) are pharmacological agents and catalysts. They can exert significant ergogenic/anabolic benefits and function as the spark plugs for activating all the necessary chemical reactions which make training and building muscle possible.
If you're training or dieting hard for a contest, the first thing that happens when you don't take the Animal Pak is that nutritional gaps begin to form. Why should you care? Because over time, these deficiencies continue to grow. Eventually, your body will stop functioning at its optimum level. In other words, you hit the wall, your development reaches a plateau. In fact, even if only one key nutrient is missing from your diet, your body could shut down the anabolic drive needed to build muscle so that it can support more critical metabolic processes. When this happens, you stop growing.
Research has proven that strength athletes such as bodybuilders and powerlifters, due to the intensity and frequency of their training programs, have higher nutritional requirements than regular athletes. Studies have shown that these unique needs are greatly increased for bodybuilders who regularly compete and need to diet down. During calorie-restricted diets (diets which tend to be repetitive and monotonous, e.g., rice and chicken), the potential for nutritional deficiencies increase dramatically.
More alarming is the fact that championship-caliber bodybuilders, even when supplementing with a regular multivitamin, were still experiencing significant nutritional deficiencies. A basic multivitamin supplement won't be enough. Competitive bodybuilders know that a superior multivitamin is the first line of defense. This fact is confirmed by studies which have revealed that 100% of Olympic weightlifters and over 90% of competitive male and female bodybuilders use a vitamin/mineral supplement like Animal Pak.
These nutritional gaps not only affect your performance and size, but they begin to impact the way your other supplements work. For many of today's supplements to work efficiently, your body needs to be running on all cylinders. Nutritional gaps mean that your supplements may be rendered ineffective. For example, many supplements (e.g., prohormones) rely on enzymes and other substances in your body to "activate" them. Poor nutrition means poor conversion and activation of expensive supplements. Animal Pak is your insurance policy to prevent this from happening.
One other reason to take Animal Pak daily: drug-induced nutrient depletion. Pharmaceutical drug use can lead to vitamin and mineral deficiencies. Relying on "science” or “gear” to get you huge can obviously exacerbate this problem. Even common pharmaceuticals and OTC's such as aspirin, ibuprofen, antidepressants, and cholesterol-lowering drugs can deplete your body of folic acid, iron, potassium, and important vitamins. If you use drugs of any kind, this is another reason to supplement with Animal Pak.
With Animal Pak, you get plenty of everything you need. And a few extras. Animal Pak features performance optimizers such as pyridoxine alpha-ketoglutarate (PAK), carnitine, lipotropics, L-arginine, alpha lipoic acid, eleuthero, and the like. In every pack, you get a vast arsenal of over 60 key ingredients that are delivered in the right amounts at the right time, every time. Each of the 11 tablets included in each pak has been specifically formulated to deliver the goods.
Consider the Animal Pak as the cast iron skillet of your supplement program, your body's first line of defense. If you train with weights, then you absolutely need to train with the Animal Pak. Remember, while most supplements have come and gone, precious few have stood the test of time. When you're ready for the best, step up to the most trusted name in serious bodybuilding nutrition: Animal Pak. What IFBB pros and Mr. Olympia competitors have used since '83.
• All competitive strength & power athletes
• High-intensity training
• Athletes who use supplements
• Athletes who want maximum performance
1 pack per day during the off-season for maintenance, 2 packs during a pre-contest diet or when training is unusually intense.
As the "foundational" supplement, Animal Pak should be a part of every bodybuilder's regimen. Every Animal supplement has been designed to work together, creating a unique, powerful, and comprehensive nutritional system. Animal Pak is your starting point.

Alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) is a fatty acid that functions like a vitamin, although it is not classified as a vitamin. As a coenzyme, ALA plays an important role in the metabolism of glucose that produces energy in cells. ALA also has antioxidant properties and thus is important for controlling free radicals. Because it is soluble in both water and fat, ALA is sometimes referred to as the "universal antioxidant".
Supports the body's defenses against free radicals
Recycles antioxidant nutrients such as vitamin C and Vitamin E
Helps maintain a healthy blood sugar level when used as part of the diet
Adult Use: Take 1 or 2 capsules daily, or as recommended by a nutritionally-informed physician. Take with or without food.

BSN R3BUILD EDGE
If you want to maximise your training performance by ensuring your post workout recovery is optimised, you need clinically dosed, clinically researched and clinically proven ingredients designed to speed up the recovery process and R3BUILD that hard earned muscle tissue you have been training for.
R3BUILD Edge uses BSN’s patented efforsorb technology to enhance nutrient uptake as well as adding additional ActiGin and Bioferrin 2000 to optimise immunity and support recovery.
Get the edge on your competitors!
Utilising core ingredients such as those found in BSN R3BUILD Edge have been shown to improve recovery speed, increase muscle building and enhancing strength.
Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body and is considered to be conditionally essential, whereby supplementing with Glutamine at key times allows for greater recovery. The primary times for this to occur are during sickness, in those suffering from poor gut health and in the post-training phase. Utilising Glutamine post workout can help speed up the recovery process and improve muscle growth and repair.
Combining 4 types of Creatine within the Myogenic Complex allows for optimal absorption of Creatine with minimal risk for gastric stress. Supplementing with Creatine causes an increase in intramuscular Phosphocreatine levels, which allows for more readily available energy and more specifically, faster regeneration of ATP, which is the bodies primary energy source. Consistent supplementation of Creatine causes an increase in strength and power in 90% users, meaning you can lift more weight or complete more reps.
Branched Chain Amino Acids are the primary building blocks of muscle tissue and have been shown to both increase performance when taken during the workout but also improve recovery via the reduction in perceived delayed onset of muscle soreness post workout. Utilising a BCAA product post workout may increase recovery speed and may also reduce the risk of muscle loss in those eating in a calorie deficit trying to lose body fat.
