    Allow this baby to develop for up to 5 hours, depending on your desired depth of colour. You will enjoy a healthy & natural looking tan for your skin.
     
    What more do you need in life? 
     
     

    How to use:

     
    Like a spray tan, minus the spray: deep, dark and flawless. Slip on your eco-friendly mitt, pump a generous amount of mousse and apply in circular motions to your entire body. For light tans, shower after 1.5 hours, or leave it on overnight for ultimate depth.
     
    24 hours before: 
     
    For perfect prep, remove body hair, exfoliate and moisturise well.
     
     
    On the day of your tan: 
     
    Skip deodorant and perfume, as well as heavy facial moisturisers.
    When your tan is completely dry, have a quick shower in lukewarm water, without soap. After patting dry, moisturise and proceed to take at least 25 selfies.
     
    Developing times vary from Warrior to Warrior, but as a general guide:
     
    1 hour - Light and fresh.
    2-3 hours - Medium and warm. 
    4-5 hours – Deep and rich.

    how to use :

    Shave and exfoliate at least 24-48 hours prior to application.
    Liberally apply tan to clean, dry skin, rubbing thoroughly and evenly in circular motions.
    To master application to your face, hands and feet use product left on hands after applying to limbs.

    Instructions:

    You can use VitargoS2 any time of the day as a sugar-free component of your favourite shakes and smoothie recipes. VitargoS2is a favourite during carbo-loading!
     
    VitargoS2 is a different molecular carbohydrate – follow the directions closely.

    In a shaker bottle:

    Fill a shaker bottle with 6 ounces (200 millilitres) of room temperature/tepid water. Add 2 level scoops of VitargoS2 and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds.
    Add an additional 16 to 20 ounces (500-600 millilitres) of cold water and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds.

     In a blender:

    VitargoS2 can be combined with your favourite post-training blender concoction – protein powder, branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), cinnamon powder, etc. and your favourite liquid.
     
    For best results add 2 level scoops to a blender drink while it’s on and blending.
     

    When to use:

     
    VitargoS2 can be used before or during training or competition, or between bouts such as the transition zone during a triathlon; half-time during a match or game; between heats for the fastest muscle refuelling and recovery to perform at a higher level again, sooner.

    Before, between, or during exercise/competition:

    Mix 1-2 levels of Vitargo S2 as described above. Note that Vitargo S2’s unique molecular viscosity makes it thicker than other carbohydrate drinks-experiment and see if you prefer 1 or 2 scoops. Drink to rapid fuelling!

    Post-training/competition/glycogen loading:
