Walden Farms Guilt Free Caramel Flavoured Dip can be stirred through yoghurt for a great tasting alternative to flavoured custard.  Or you can dip your fruit for a indulgent snack!  Best of all, Walden Farms Guilt Free Caramel Flavoured Dip can be enjoyed as a a flavour enhancer for any snack – because you can have as much as you like!
 

CARAMEL PECAN BAKED BANANA

 

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 1)

o Walden Farms calorie free Caramel Dip
o 1 medium banana
o 1tsp cinnamon*
o 1tbs pecans*
o Dollop of fat free plain Greek yoghurt
o Stevia powder to taste*

 

METHOD

Place your banana on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for about 20 mins or until the skin turns completely black. 
Remove from the oven and once cool enough to touch, carefully slice length ways down the centre. 
Sprinkle with cinnamon and pecans. 
Mix the stevia with the Greek yoghurt and serve over the top of the banana or on the side. 
Zap the Walden Farms Caramel Dip in the microwave for a few seconds until warm and runny.
 
Drizzle over the banana and enjoy!
