I don't listen to music when I train, I have headphones on to block out and zone in.

WHAT KEEPS YOU MOTIVATED?

There's something in my head that says 'I'm not done yet!' 
 
 
WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO SOMEONE WANTING TO COMPETE IN BODYBUILDING COMPETITIONS?
 
It's not a 12 week weight loss challenge, if you're doing it to lose weight, the negative effects you will experience will mentally cause you more body hatred than happiness.
This is my life and a hard one at that, but it's also a very rewarding one.
 
 
DO YOU HAVE AN INSPIRATION? WHO?
 
When I first started it was Erin Stern; but someone who I look up to and would love to be mentored by is Australia's own Tegan Campbell. She is honestly the whole natural package for me and meeting her this year gave me such an inspirational push to make me realise my dream to compete in the Natural Olympia was not an unrealistic dream but an achievable goal. 
 

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVOURITE SUPPLEMENTS?
 
FOOD... yes I'd rather eat food than take a tablet or a shake or a bar. However, training at the intensity I do and working in my crazy demanding job, I need to be able supplement and keep my body running and healing. I stand by and back my preworkout Obliterate for clarity and focus, and metabolic Tripep and TAG. Protein wise I have a selection depending on when I'm taking it.
