FAVOURITE BODY PART TO TRAIN:
 
I enjoy training every body part. I have a few joint issues so it can be a little frustrating at times nevertheless I push through and get the job done.
 

TOP 3 FAVOURITE EXERCISES: 
 
Anything that avoids stress on my joints but leaves me feeling shattered. I’m always pushing the boundaries and challenging myself. I enjoy pyramiding, Supersets & Drop sets. I like to mix up my training, from heavy compound exercises to isolated high-rep training. I’m always trying to up the intensity and shock my body.
 

WHAT IS YOUR ULTIMATE CHEAT MEAL?
 
That’s a hard one… I am a self-confessed foodie… It depends on what I feel like at the time. During comp prep I usually crave sweet foods… I would have to say a dessert from Moorish.
 

WHAT KIND OF MUSIC DO YOU LIKE TO TRAIN TO?
 
Not by choice but it’s usually the same 80’s music at 5am… (Thanks to Chris)  
 

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE THING TO DO WHEN YOU ARE NOT TRAINING?

There’s nothing better than spending quality time with my husband and our two dogs.
 
 
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN TRAINING FOR?
 
I have always been into health & fitness but I started weight training in November 2011.
 

WHAT KEEPS YOU MOTIVATED?
 
I have always been a very competitive, motivated and determine individual. I love the feeling of achievement and the reward that comes from success.
 

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE SOMEONE WANTING TO COMPETE?
 
Find a coach.
Set specific goals
Research everything yourself… know what and why…
Learn to listen to your body.
Don’t let disappointment or obstacles overshadow your dreams
The human body is a magnificent machine. It's capable of extraordinary things. Respect it, treat it right and it will amaze you.
