FAVOURITE BODY PART TO TRAIN:

Legs, glutes and back. I find these the most impressive parts of a physique.

 

TOP 3 FAVOURITE EXERCISES: 

• Chin ups- I love these because they make me feel strong, and I get a sense of achievement out of doing them.

• Squats and leg press- I love lifting heavy and I can push my self to my limits with these two exercise’s.

• Rack pulls – A awesome exercise that makes me feel strong.

 

WHAT IS YOUR ULTIMATE CHEAT MEAL?

An ultimate cheat meal to me is one you walk away from feeling satisfied. There is nothing worse than a crappy cheat meal. They can get out of hand and a little crazy sometimes.

 

WHAT KIND OF MUSIC DO YOU LIKE TO TRAIN TO?

A bit of everything so long as its not slow.

 

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE THING TO DO WHEN YOU ARE NOT TRAINING?

Hanging out with my husband watching movies and just relaxing.

 

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN TRAINING FOR?

I have always been into health and fitness but my focus on bodybuilding became serious after my first competition in 2014.

 

WHAT KEEPS YOU MOTIVATED?

Setting and reaching goals, seeing positive changes in my physique and my awesome training partners.

 

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO SOMEONE WANTING TO COMPETE?

Set realistic goals, ensure you are doing it for you, be consistent, keep it simple, listen to your body, have fun and enjoy the process. It’s going to be hard but it is definitely worth it. If it were easy everyone would be doing it!!!

 

DO YOU HAVE AN INSPIRATION? WHO?

I gain a lot of inspiration from others around me like my husband, family and friends, other competitors and my clients.
