HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN TRAINING?

I have been training on and off since I was 17 at my home and then I finally joined a gym in 2011.


WHAT KEEPS YOU MOTIVATED?

I enjoy seeing changes and testing myself which keeps me motivated to keep going and I just really enjoy training - It just feels great.

And my partner Pieta, whos dedication and drive keeps me motivated and pushes me to be my best.


WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE SOMEONE WHO WANTED TO COMPETE IN NATURAL BODYBUILDING?

Always have a plan
Always be prepared
Always be consistent


WHO INSPIRES YOU?

As a kid I was a huge action film junkie, I always wanted to be big and strong like the actors, even at a young age and like most kids thought, Arnold was and still is 'The Man'
