BACKGROUND INFO:

WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU'R NOT TRAINING?

I’ll usually get outdoors  with a pack and head off trail  somewhere.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN TRAINING FOR?

I’ve always been active in the gym and pool  in some form or another but have been seriously weight lifting and following the lifestyle for 2.5 years.

WHAT KEEPS YOU MOTIVATED?

Small goals like achieving a new personal best in the short term.  Also, maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle to ensure overall  physical strength and mental clarity in the long term.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE SOMEONE WANTING TO COMPETE IN BODYBUILDING?

It’s not all about just getting to a show. Have a detailed plan pre and post competition to keep your metabolism healthy.

Speak with a dietitian, naturopath or GP before embarking on the journey.  Also, don’t compare yourself with others.

If you’re  training intensely, your training right. Trust in the process!
