Nutraviva Collagen plus Joint and Bone Formula has been specifically designed for bones, joints and cartilage and has been fortified with glucosamine, methylsulfonylmethane, chondroitin, vitamin C, vitamin D, B6 and vitamin B12.
Nutraviva's Joint and Bone Formula contains 80% of a highly bioavailable form of hydrolysed collagen peptides along with the traditional vitamins and compounds that have long been used to support joints and bones. Collagen peptides stimulate the cells that build bone and naturally contains chondroitin and hyaluronic acid, both are substances that support joint health. Hyaluronic acid is naturally found in the fluid that lubricates the joints.
Vitamin C contributes is critical in stimulating the natural production of collagen and elastin throughout the body.
MSM is a powerful anti-inflammatory which reduces muscle spasms and relieves pain.
Glucosamine sulphate supports cartilage formation and repair. Helps protect joint cartilage by limiting breakdown and helping to build up levels of cartilage.
Chondroitin sulphate is part of a protein molecule that helps give cartilage its elastic properties and is thought to have an anti-inflammatory effect, which can help to reduce the painful swelling in the joints that occurs when the exposed bones in the joint rub together. It also slows the breakdown of cartilage and helps restore cartilage growth to better cushion the joints.
Vitamin D3 regulates the body’s ability to absorb calcium and supports bone strength.
Vitamin B12 is required for proper red blood cell formation, neurological functioning and DNA synthesis while vitamin B6 strengthens the immune system, prevents anaemia and helps the body break down proteins.
