Made with natural ingredients including organic chia flour, simply add water to create your vegan eggs ready for baking. Also a very handy pantry addition for if you do run out of eggs!! This product can be used in any baking recipe to replace eggs. Please note it will not work in recipes such as scrambled eggs or custards.

Stir with a fork or whisk for about 30 seconds, until mixture is well combined with no lumps
Use the egg replacer mixture as you would a real egg in all your baking recipes. For BEST results, always add the egg mixture to your liquid ingredients and combine well, before adding to the dry ingredients.
Please Note: This product cannot be used as a replacement for scrambled, boiled or poached eggs.
