At Wicked NRG we want you to receive your purchases as quick as possible 
so you can continue creating a healthier and happier you!
…that’s why we’ve chosen Australia Post to be our preferred courier.
Although our shipping terms do not stipulate Express, we will endeavour to send your items in an Express Post Satchel, should it fit in one and one is available at the time of shipping.
Normal delivery time for Express is 3 working days (under normal circumstances).
Our shipping and handling fee is a flat $9.95 Australia wide when you spend under $150
When you spend over $150 your shipping and handling is completely FREE! 
(Free Postage is standard)

We offer Express Post on all deliveries for a flat rate of $14.95



Wicked NRG is a family company who pride themselves on having the highest level of customer service and that means making life simply for you!

To help you help us, we provide FREE pick up at our Stuart Park store, simply select the “Free Pick up” option in the checkout and pop in on your way past. 

How long will it take?

Average delivery times are usually between 3-5 working days for all standard orders. Remote locations, Defence addresses or bulky items may take longer.
Our commitment to you receiving your parcel as quick as possible is that your order will be dispatched on the same day as you ordered it (unless it’s a weekend or public holiday) Once packed your parcel will be delivered to the 
Darwin Australia Post Depot to ensure the quickest delivery.
If you are out enjoying life and not at home during postal delivery hours we recommend you chose a PO Box as a preferred delivery option to avoid the extra delay of the dreaded “Sorry We Miss You” card. 

I haven’t received my order?

Before contacting the Wicked NRG team, please ensure you check for a 
“Sorry We Missed You” parcel card that may have been left by Australia Post. 
On some occasions the delivery may have been made whilst you were not home. 
If this is the case, your package has been taken to your local post office.
This isn’t the case? Please fill out the form below and one of the
Wicked NRG team members will track down your order.

I received faulty/ damaged products

You received your package, but your goods are broken or damaged. 
We want to get your replacement order to you as quick as possible so what we need you to do is take a photograph of the damaged items (including the packaging if it’s damaged as well) then please fill out the form below and email, fax or post the photographs and form back to Wicked NRG and a team member will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

I received the wrong products

You received your goods but the products are not what you ordered? 
Please fill out the incorrect product form below within 5 days of receiving your package and the Wicked NRG team will respond to you as soon as possible.
 A pre-paid return label will be provided so the products can be returned to 
Wicked NRG free of charge. The returned products must be received by
 Wicked NRG before the new goods are to be sent. 
Please specify in the comment section of the form if you wish to have the correct product(s) sent or a full refund payment of the incorrect product made.
 We understand that waiting for the product to be returned before sending the new one can take some time and be quite an inconvenience, therefore; a 10% discount card (for next purchase) will be sent with your replacement product(s).
