Our Organic Green Lentils are a versatile legume. They hold their shape well once cooked but are also easy to mash or puree. A great source of protein and fibre in you diet, they are popular in India, where they are called dal.

Green lentils generally take the longest to cook of all the lentils, taking about 45mins. They make a great addition to a salad or dal.
