Organic Beetroot Powder is made from fresh, mature 100% organic beetroot that has been washed, cleaned and dehydrated before being ground into powder.

Beetroot is a naturally vibrant & nourishing root vegetable containing a range of nutrients such as dietary fibre, calcium, iron, potassium, folate and manganese. It also contains naturally occurring nitrates and betaine, along with antioxidants found in many colourful plant foods.

Organic Beetroot Powder can be used to bring a sweet, earthy flavour and vivid red colour to smoothies, baked goods and savoury dishes.

This certified organic, unrefined powder contains no anti-caking agents or free-flow additives, so natural clumping may occur over time.
