If you live Locally (Darwin N.T) & wish to order online & pick up in store, simply choose the FREE pick up option at the check out. 

NOTE: Please allow a minimum of 4 hours from ordering for the team to receive, prepare and have your order ready for collection. Alternatively, call the team to let them know of your order & a time you wish to pick it up (ensuring you allow some time as our staff are also busy taking care of customers in store.


Local Pick up returns: We offer a store credit or exchange for orders made for local pick up only, ensuring the product(s) are not opened or damaged. Please NOTE that this offer is only valid for up to 30 days from purchase. 

Shipped returns: Please be mindful when purchasing to limit returns due to a simple change of mind. If you receive your package & wish to return all or part of your order, you will need to contact the team using the e-mail & details below, post the products in their original condition (as soon as possible - MAX 14 days) at your own cost & await confirmation from our team. Once the package has been received on our end, the team will review products (we will let you know the items were not returned intact) & go about processing the payment return. NOTE: If the items return to us damaged or unable to be re-purchased, you can choose to have our team dispose of the products on our end OR shipped back to you at your own cost. 

Damaged or faulty returns: If you are making a return due to receiving faulty, damaged or opened product(s), please contact our team via e-mail within 14 days of receiving your order.

Cancelling Orders

If you place an order, however decided to cancel it, contact the team on (08) 89832388 as soon as possible. Please understand, if the order has already been posted, we will not be able to cancel the order. 

If your order has been posted & you would still like to cancel, please either decline the order at the post office (and it will return to sender) or post (at your own expense) back to us upon arrival. This must be done within 14 days of receiving. Once the team have received the order, they will review each product to ensure they remain in tack before proceeding with the payment return.
