Love My Earth Dahl Mixes are a blend of organic lentils and spices balanced to perfection. 

Nutritious and delicious, the mixes are designed to be super versatile – just add water and whatever vegies you have to hand, or increase the meal with added protein, tinned tomatoes, coconut milk or fresh herbs.

 

 

From the LoveMyEarth kitchen to yours, Butter Masala Dahl mix. An aromatic blend of organic spices and red lentils. Rich and belly warming, it will soon be a family favourite.

Spice level 2/4 - a rich and aromatic meal with a hit of chilli

Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee or coconut oil in a medium sized saucepan. Add dahl mix, stirring, until fragrant, approx. 2 minutes.

Add 1 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes and 750ml (3 cups) boiling water and stir to combine and bring to a bubbling boil.

Recommended – add 2 cups of mixed chopped vegetables.  

Turn heat to low and cook dahl, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes. Stir through 1/4 cup of cream. Serve warm.

Spice level 1 - a vibrant, nourishing and replenishing meal.

Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee or coconut oil in a medium sized saucepan. Add dahl mix, stirring, until fragrant, approx. 2 minutes.

Add 1.25L (5 cups) boiling water and stir to combine and bring to a bubbling boil.

Recommended – add 2 cups of mixed chopped vegetables.  

Turn heat to low and cook dahl, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes. Serve warm.

MILD - balanced and harmonious, a perfect nourishing bowl.

Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee or coconut oil in a medium sized saucepan. Add dahl mix, stirring, until fragrant, approx. 2 minutes.

Add 1L (4 cups) boiling water, stir to combine and bring to a bubbling boil.

Recommended – add 2 cups of mixed chopped vegetables.  

Turn heat to low and cook kitchari, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
