Rinse lentils thoroughly before use

Organic red split lentils do not hold their shape well so makes an excellent puree and are used to thicken soups or stew. They are often chosen as they break down easily and add great flavour & texture.

Add to boiling water or stock (approx. 1 part lentils to 2 parts liquid)

Simmer for 10–15 minutes until tender

Season and use in desired recipes
