  • Passionflower is well recognised to relieve disturbed sleep, relax the nervous system and relieve symptoms of mild anxiety.
  • Hops, to induce sleep & reduce time to fall asleep and Skullcap to relieve sleeplessness.
  • Added Zinc for general health & wellbeing.

Each tablet contains

Humulus lupulus (Hops) extract dry conc. 80mg

from dry flower 600mg

Scutellaria lateriflora (Skullcap) extract dry conc. 18.5mg

from dry herb 1.85g

Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) extract dry conc. 60mg

from dry herb top flowering and fruiting 600mg

Lavender Oil 80mg

Zinc sulfate monohydrate 13.72mg

equiv. Zinc 5mg

Adults: Take 1 tablet once daily, with water, 30 minutes before bed, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Tablets should be swallowed whole and not broken or crushed prior to consuming.
