Microwave: Stir 1 serve (40g) into 200–250ml water. Heat on high for 1 minute, stir, then 1–2 minutes more, stirring every minute. Stand, stir and serve.
Stovetop: Boil 250–300ml water, gradually add 40g while stirring, then simmer and stir for 2–3 minutes.
