Each Vegan capsule contains: Quercetin (QU995™) 250 mg, Colecalciferol (Vitashine™ Vitamin D3 500IU) 12.5 μg, Zinc gluconate 156.25 mg (equiv. Zinc 20 mg), Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 250 mg.
