Adult Dose
½ - 1 tsp (2.5-5mL) daily, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
Children's Dose
Children 2-5yrs: 20 drops
Children 5-12yrs: 1/4 tsp per day
Children 13-18: ½ teaspoon per day
