Teens and adults: take one sachet daily. Up to two sachets can be taken daily. Stir one sachet into a cold drink or soft food and consume immediately. Do not heat. If taking prescribed antibiotics, take two sachets daily, 2 to 3 hours before or after the antibiotic dose, and continue for 5 days after the course is completed, then return to one sachet daily.
