MINGLE'S NEW MUSHROOM GRAVY is full of umami goodness! This plant based number is the new kid on the block and yes this one is in a bottle for a little something different. You can use it how a traditional gravy would be used but also can use it as a delicious mushroom seasoning and sprinkle it on any raw meat or veggies before cooking to elevate your dish. You can also use it as a traditional gravy with a few tablespoons, a whisk and some hot water and we guarantee you will transfer Sunday roast into a festival of flavour! Great on steak, chips, roast veggies, roast meat.

We said goodbye to the Sugars (Sugar, Maltodextrin, Dextrose), Maize starch, Shortening Powders (Milk and Soy) (yes these gravies are plant-based for our vegans!), Artificial Colours, Anti-caking Agent and Vegetable Oil. Then we have added a whole bunch of favourite herbs and spices.

Unlike seasonings, we needed a functional ingredient to thicken the gravy otherwise this gravy would be so damn runny! We have used gluten free starches (potato starch and rice flour) to achieve this. There is no intentionally added Gluten or Gluten Containing Cereals in any of these tasty ingredients.
