- Additional Info
Organic Brown Rice can be used in shortbread recipes, to make sauces, noodles, to coat food, cereals and desserts. It must be mixed with gluten-rich flour to make a yeast-raised bread and tends to produce crumbly baked goods when used alone, although it is successful in recipes that include egg.
Organic Brown Rice Flour is produced by milling unhulled grains of rice kernels (brown rice) into a fine flour with no further processing or refinement. Ideally Brown Rice Flour should be refrigerated to retain freshness.
