Made from fermented organic brown rice, it can be used as an alternative for sugar, honey or maple syrup. This syrup has a mild, caramel-like sweetness that is scrumptious drizzled over pancakes and waffles, or in raw desserts and other treats!

The mild delicious sweetness of organic brown rice syrup can be enjoyed as a spread, drizzled on pancakes, used in baking, cooking or drinks. You can substitute 1¼ cups of organic brown rice syrup in any recipe that calls for 1 cup of sugar. Depending on the consistency you may need to reduce other liquids in the recipe by ¼ cup.
