Curcuminoids relieve symptoms of mild osteoarthritis

Curcumin is one of several active compounds called curcuminoids, which are found in the well-known herb, turmeric. Curcuminoids are responsible for a range of therapeutic effects in the body, particularly in conditions such as mild osteoarthritis where they:
